Packages for the Daytona 500 utilize hotel properties located in the Daytona Beach and greater Orlando area -- allowing NASCAR fans to customize their Daytona travel package to their personal needs as well as their wallet. Families and budget conscious race fans will enjoy the value provided by our Orlando area hotels which also offer easy access to neighboring amusement parks. If you're looking for beachfront properties only a short drive to the track, our Daytona Beach hotels should take the checkered flag.

Subject to availability, there is the option to add on additional nights to your Daytona 500 ticket package. This includes nights before and after those already included in the base package.
The type of Daytona 500 ticket -- and the race days that it is valid for -- depends on which of our Daytona 500 travel packages you choose to purchase.

All Daytona 500 packages include a ticket to the NASCAR Monster Cup race on Sunday, with the location on those seats varying from package to package. These range from Turn 1 or Turn 4 tickets in the lower rows of Daytona International Speedway for our budget packages, all the way up to tickets with Club Level access within reach of the Start/Finish line in our deluxe travel packages.

For those Daytona 500 packages with three night hotel stays, your race ticket will also include Saturday's XFINITY Series race, the Powershares QQQ 300, as well. Travel packages with five night accommodations will tack on additional access to Friday's NextEra Energy Resources 250 on the Camping World Truck Series, AND the Can-Am Duel races on Thursday.

Absolutely! Our official partnership with Daytona International Speedway gets us access to a wide variety of Daytona 500 tickets across the entire main grandstand. Want to move up a few rows for a better view across the track? We can do that. Looking for a seat closer to the finish line? We can do that too.
You bet! We have options available in the Start/Finish line sections with Club Access, the Rolex 24 Lounge, and our very own PrimeSport VIP Midway Suite -- Daytona's newest VIP Hospitality.

(Ticket upgrade options vary by package and are not available with all of our Daytona 500 travel packages.)

Through our official partnership with Daytona International Speedway, we've carved out a nice little slice of heaven within the new stadium. Indoor, climate-controlled, and private, you'll feel like a true VIP both before and during the race.

Daytona's newest VIP hospitality includes pre-race premium food stations, unlimited beer, soda, and water, live entertainment, driver appearance, UNOH FANZONE and Pit Road access, access to drive introductions and pre-race shows.

During the Daytona 500, you'll continue to enjoy light afternoon snacks and cash bar, all within the cozy, climate-controlled confines of the VIP suite, while catching all of the high-speed NASCAR action on close circuit TV's.

The UNOH FANZONE at Daytona International Speedway has been described as the most hands-on, fan-friendly experience in all of NASCAR sports.

Spend your time on the infield at the speedway in the presence of NASCAR legends, fast cars, diehard fans, and current stars. Connect to the racing action in a way you never thought was possible. Watch the pit crews on the job, catch some pre-race entertainment, driver Q&A's, good drinks, great food -- you name it, the FANZONE's got it.

It sure is. Our deluxe motorcoaches will shuttle you to and from the speedway each day, leaving you nothing to do but sit back, relax, enjoy the ride ... and brag on social media to all of your friends and family who aren't at the Daytona 500. (Be sure to include a picture! #PrimeSport)

And to answer a common question, transportation from your home to the Daytona or Orlando area and back is NOT included with your Daytona 500 package. PrimeSport services hundreds and thousands of dedicated NASCAR fans from coast to coast and beyond, so we've discovered it is best to leave those travel details up to the fans themselves. Be sure to check out our HOW TO GET HERE section for helpful hints on traveling to the Sunshine State for the Daytona 500.

Another popular feature of our Daytona 500 packages is our exclusive PrimeSport weekend Fanvision rental. No more waiting in long lines at the track to pick up and return your Fanvision before and after the race. You'll have your own dedicated pick-up and drop-off spots in a convenient location at Daytona International Speedway. Catch all of the extra race audio, stats, in-car cameras, highlights, standings, and much more, right in the palm of your hand, and without the extra headaches and wasted time.

Your race package for the Daytona 500 also includes an official Daytona 500 race program for all of the must-have info on the race, a souvenir gift bag, Daytona 500 ticket holder and lanyard, and official Daytona 500 credential.

And should the yellow caution flag wave at any point during your stay, rest easy knowing that you'll have our PrimeSport staff on site and ready to assist.

If high-speed NASCAR action and garage tours aren't enough to fill your vacation schedule, there is plenty to do in both the Daytona Beach and Orlando metros. From theme parks, beaches, and water parks for the family, to golf courses and baseball fields for the sports fans, plus concert and theater venues for performing arts enthusiast, this area of central Florida has just about everything you could wish for to put the icing on the cake of a fantastic Daytona 500 weekend.

The question is, "which family theme parks aren't in the area?" With a list of family friendly amusement parks dotting the entire city of Orlando, you have your choice of entertainment at your fingertips in any available free time away from the track, whether your Daytona 500 package has you staying in Daytona Beach or Orlando.

Taking the checkered flag is obviously Walt Disney World and its ever-increasing list of sub-attractions including Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, and water parks. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are always popular choices, as is the ever-growing list of entertainment at Universal Studios, and magic lovers young and old won't be able to resist The Wizarding World of Harry Potter!

While not quite as fast paced as a NASCAR race, basketball fans can head over to the AmWay Center for Orlando Magic games against the best of the NBA. If baseball is more your sport (they like to turn left too, after all), MLB Spring Training kicks off in mid-February, and teams like the Atlanta Braves, Houston Astros, and Detroit Tigers call the area home for their Grapefruit League games.

There are plenty more events for a sports enthusiast to catch while in central Florida, but you'll have plan a return trip to enjoy them in person. Golf fans can catch the PGA Tour as it visits Bay Hill for the Arnold Palmer in March. And the famous Camping World Stadium plays host to a wide range of events, including Orlando City SC from Major League Soccer, three different college bowl games, the Camping World Kickoff, and the 2017 NFL Pro Bowl.

And if you enjoyed your vacation to Daytona International Speedway so much you can't wait for more racing, there's always time for a return visit in July for the Coke Zero 400 -- or even the 2018 Daytona 500, if you're so inclined.

We did! Headlining acts like Garth Brooks and Cirque du Soleil frequent the many venues in the area, including the House of Blues, UCF Arena, Peabody Auditorium, and Hard Rock Live. And new to the area is the colorful and eclectic Electric Daisy Carnival, one of the hottest up and coming music festivals in the country.

There is so much to see in do in Daytona, Orlando, and the surrounding area that we can't fit it all here. You could spend an afternoon at the Ponce de Leon Lighthouse while you take in some rays on Daytona Beach, or relax in the beauty of the famed Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando.

There are a number of fine institutions of higher learning around with campuses to view and explore, including the University of Central Florida, Bethune Cookman, and even Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

And speaking of aeronautics, you can experience the wonder of space exploration at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in nearby Cape Canaveral, where you might catch the blur of a few things moving faster than any stock car you'll ever see.

Depending on the hotel included in your Daytona 500 travel package, there are two main international airports in the area to service your arrival to the Sunshine State. Those NASCAR fans staying at one of our Orlando area hotel properties can use Orlando International Airport (MCO), which services most major airlines as well as regional airlines. It is generally the cheaper airport to fly into during the Daytona 500 race week.

If you're staying in the Daytona Beach area, the closest airport to fly into is the Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), however the airlines are limited to American, Delta, and JetBlue, and flights may be more expensive than those arriving into Orlando. Some race fans find that flying into Orlando MCO and renting a car for the hour and fifteen minute drive to Daytona Beach is the most cost-efficient travel plan.

If you're in a pinch and unable to find a flight to either Orlando or Daytona, Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is the next closest option, but the airport is a full two hours up the Atlantic coast from Daytona Beach.

For those Daytona 500 fans with their pilot license and aviation fuel to burn -- or a private jet waiting for them on the runway -- can find a number of smaller, regional airports in the Daytona Beach area, including New Smyrna Beach Municipal, Ormond Beach Municipal, and Spruce Creek Airport.
