Mobile PrimeSport Terms and Conditions
Mobile Messaging. PrimeSport, Inc. (PrimeSport) offers various browsing and mobile messaging services (Service) including, without limitation, alerts, contests, sweepstakes and offers for products. You may choose to receive PrimeSport mobile alerts by signing up or entering a mobile promotion. Mobile messaging is provided by Mogreet and your participation is also subject to the Mogreet terms of service. You may view these terms of service at the Mogreet website located at http://corp.mogreet.com/help-terms.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your individual rate plan provided by your wireless carrier. Please consult your mobile service carrier's pricing plan to determine the charges for browsing data and sending and receiving text messages. Under no circumstances will PrimeSport or its corporate affiliates or official partners be responsible for any text messaging or wireless charges incurred by you or by a person that has access to your wireless device or telephone number as a result of a promotion. If your carrier does not permit text alerts, you may not receive the PrimeSport text alerts. Pre-paid phones or calling plans may not be supported. You may receive a bounceback message for every message you send to PrimeSport. Supported carriers include Alltel, AT&T, Boost, Centennial Cellular, Cincinnati Bell, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Unicel, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile USA, and Verizon Wireless. Service may not be compatible with all handsets.
What We Will Send You: By opting in to receive mobile messages from PrimeSport, you are expressly consenting to receive up to eight messages per month containing information about PrimeSport events, news, special offers and related promotions, or similar material. If you reply to any of these messages, such as texting in a vote, you may receive additional response messages. If you join another PrimeSport mobile campaign you will receive additional messages for that campaign.
Mobile Account Owner: By opting in to receive mobile messages from PrimeSport, you represent that you are the mobile account owner. If you are not the mobile account owner, you represent that you have the permission of the mobile account holder to use the Service and to enter into this Agreement.
Age and Permission: By opting in to receive mobile messages from PrimeSport, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement, or are at least 13 years of age and have your parent's permission to use the Service. If you are a parent or guardian whose child has signed up for the Service without your consent, you can stop the messages one of three ways: text STOP to 51515 from their phone, email us at email@example.com (please include your child’s phone number in the email), or call or call 877-261-8548. Contact us by email or phone if you additionally want us to delete your child’s phone number and related information from our database.
You may opt out of any alerts by replying with the text "STOP" to such alert or sending the message "STOP" to the shortcode provided. If you sent the text "STOP" to 51515, you will no longer receive any text messages including, without limitation, notices of ticket promotions and offers. We will make every attempt to remove your mobile telephone number from the PrimeSport text database as soon as possible, but please allow up to ten (10) days. For additional help, text "HELP" to 51515or call 800.591.9198. You should receive no more than 8 messages per month.
PrimeSport disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in PrimeSport mobile messaging. PrimeSport disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery or untimely delivery of any information or material by PrimeSport or by you. PrimeSport disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from information or material through PrimeSport mobile messaging.
