NFR Extended Listing Services

NFR Extended Listing Services gives sellers a chance to keep their tickets listed on the Official Ticket Exchange until the day of the performance by putting them in PRIMESPORT's possession so we can quickly fulfill last minute orders. If you do not use NFR ELS, your unsold listings will simply be removed December 3, 2018.

What you need to do

1. Place your ticket(s) in a standard white No. 10 envelope. If you are sending multiple sets of tickets, use a separate standard white No. 10 envelope for each event.

2. Label each envelope clearly with:

  • The email address you use to access your account
  • Your first and last name
  • A telephone number where you can be reached (mobile preferred)
  • The name and date of the event
  • The ticket section, row and seat number for each event

  • If you are sending multiple envelopes, you may ship them all together to our office.

    3. Ship your labeled envelope via UPS or Federal Express to the following address starting October 1.

  • PRIMESPORT/NFR Ticket Exchange
  • 3575 Piedmont Road
  • Suite 1550
  • Atlanta, GA 30305

  • Please keep the tracking information for your records for proof of delivery.

    If you live in the Atlanta area, you may drop off your ticket(s) in person anytime between October 1 and November 30 (M-F: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.) at our office address listed above.

    Next steps

    Once we've received your ticket(s), we'll send you an email within 24 hours (but usually much sooner) letting you know that your listing will be extended until three (3) hours prior to the start of the event.

    Important:
  • Please note that you are not able to list your tickets below face value.
  • All tickets must be received by Monday, November 30. Do NOT ship tickets on or after November 30.


  • What if I change my mind and want my ticket(s) back?

    Just deactivate the listing and send an email to customerservice@primesport.com to let us know that you'll be reclaiming them. If someone else will be picking up your ticket(s), please provide us with their name and have them tell our staff they are reclaiming unsold tickets for you rather than tickets they purchased directly from PRIMESPORT. Pickup hours will be given to you once you email us. We will not be shipping tickets back to you from Atlanta. You or someone else will have to reclaim the tickets on site in Las Vegas.

    What do I need to do when my ticket(s) sell?

    You will receive an email notification that your ticket(s) have sold. We will automatically confirm the order at the price you had them listed for at the time of the sale. You will be paid within 10 business days after the event.

    What if my ticket(s) do not sell?

    We will leave your listing live on our exchange until three (3) hours prior to the start of the performance. If the tickets do not sell by then, you can either pick up your ticket(s) from our on-site location on the day of the event or we can send the ticket(s) back to you after the event if you wish.
